Daniel W. Nall Mr. Nall was born in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 1972. Dan went on to pass the CPA exam in 1974 licensing him to practice in the State of Florida. He is a longstanding member of the AICPA and the FICPA. Dan first began his accounting career with the Internal Revenue Service. After a number of years as a field agent, he moved into private practice with the firm of Spear, Sheldon & Safer. Dan then teamed up with Sheldon Becher and Ron Herzog to form the firm of Becher, Herzog and Nall. Dan's specialized areas of expertise include Litigation Support and Tax Audits. |

Joseph M. Brydon Mr. Brydon was born in Hackensack, New Jersey and upon relocating to Florida with his family graduated from Palmetto Senior High School. Mr. Brydon is a graduate of Auburn University receiving his Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting. He went on to pass the CPA exam licensing him to practice in the State of Florida in 1983. Mr. Brydon began his accounting career with the firm of Bowers and Sherburne and continued his employment throughout the mergers. He became a partner in the current firm in January, 2002. |

Herbert Spahn III Mr. Spahn was born in Farmingdale, New York and upon relocating to Florida with his family graduated from Miami Edison Senior High School. Mr. Spahn is a graduate of the University of Florida receiving his Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting. He went on to pass the CPA exam licensing him to practice in the State of Florida in 1982. Mr. Spahn began his accounting career with the firm of Tait and Company. He was employed at Kaufman, Rossin & Co and Appelrouth, Farah & Company before eventually settling down with Becher, Nall, Brydon, Spahn & Company. Mr. Spahn also spent several years serving on the FICPA International Tax Committee. He became our newest partner in the current firm in January, 2008. |

Sheldon H. Becher - Retired as of January, 2002 Mr. Becher was born in the State of New Jersey. Sheldon then went on to continue his education at Rutgers University receiving his Bachelor of Science in 1954. In 1955 he passed the CPA exam for the states of New Jersey and Florida simultaneously, licensing him to practice Accounting in both states. Sheldon first began his accounting career in the State of New Jersey. Upon his relocation to Florida, Sheldon teamed up with Dan Nall and Ron Herzog to form Becher, Herzog and Nall. Throughout his residency in Florida, Sheldon has served on the Board of Directors for various publicly held companies in the capacity of the Director of Finance, CFO and Audit Committee Chairman. Sheldon's expertise is in Auditing. |
